This Policy applies to Customers (transort companies) and Authorized Users (e.g., drivers, schedulers, scanners) under the End
User License Agreement (EULA) and
Customer Agreement.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following data:
● Customer Data: Business information (e.g., company name, billing details, Metrc credentials) provided during subscription setup.
● Authorized User Data: Names, email addresses, and role assignments (e.g., driver, scheduler) provided by the Customer.
● Delivery Lifecycle Data: Package ID scans, signatures, vehicle assignments, driver associations, route schedules, and manifest data, including data integrated with Metrc.
● Technical Data: Device information, IP addresses, browser types, and usage logs for troubleshooting and performance.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to:
● Provide and improve the Licensed Application (e.g., scanning, routing, manifest management).
● Integrate with Metrc for regulatory compliance (e.g., chain of custody reporting).
● Support Customers and Authorized Users (e.g., troubleshooting, defect fixes).
● Generate analytics for service optimization (de-identified data only). Comply with legal obligations, including Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) rules and audits.
3. Data Sharing
We share data as follows:
● With Customers: Customers access Authorized User Contributions (e.g., signatures, manifests) for delivery management, subject to their access controls.
● With Metrc: Delivery data (e.g., manifests, signatures) is shared via the Metrc API to ensure regulatory compliance.
● Service Providers: We use third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosting) to process data under strict confidentiality agreements.
● Legal Requirements: We may disclose data to comply with laws, regulations, or legal processes, including MRA audits.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect data. Customers are responsible for securing Authorized User accounts and Metrc credentials.
5. Data Retention
5.1. We retain data for the duration of Your subscription and as required by Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) rules, Metrc requirements, or other applicable laws.
5.2. We reserve the right to retain data (e.g., manifests, signatures, delivery lifecycle data) as necessary to comply with State of Michigan audit requirements, including those conducted by the MRA.
5.3. Upon termination of Your subscription, Customers may export data (e.g., CSV, PDF files) within 30 days, subject to regulatory requirements. Data not required for audits will be deleted thereafter, unless otherwise mandated by law.
6. Your Rights
Customers control data access and permissions. Authorized Users should contact their Customer (e.g., employer) to exercise data rights (e.g., access, correction). We assist Customers in fulfilling these requests as required by law (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, if applicable).
